He trained users in a classroom setting as well as performing one on one reinforcement of concepts after classes at their job desk side. Steve has earned certifications from the Microsoft Corporation for both Word and Excel. His strong communication skills always make people feel comfortable, be it a peer-to-peer situation or in an instructor/student environment. At the beginning of the 21st century, Steve worked for nine years as a full time Trainer/Desktop Support Analyst with the law firm of Vedder Price, PC. At Vedder’s New York office, Steve trained all new hire employees as well as reinforcing the firm’s p.c. concepts for existing users in a wide variety of computer software. This included the Microsoft Office Suite as well as many different law firm only software. At NYIM Steve teaches Outlook, Excel and Word.
