Energy and enthusiasm define this high-octane dance experience led by Kameica, a renowned Jamaican-born choreographer and accomplished dancer with over twenty-five years of professional performance experience. Known for her powerful stage presence, infectious motivation, and expertly curated music selection, Kameica transforms each session into an exhilarating party atmosphere. Caribbean Heat Cardio blends dancehall-inspired movements with cardiovascular training, welcoming participants of all fitness and skill levels to join the celebration.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations for all in studio classes must be made at least 1 business day before the start of class.
  • Students that do not attend the class will not receive a refund or credit.

The school reserves the right to cancel a class should the class have an enrollment of less than five students. Students will be notified at least 3 hours prior to the start of class if there is a cancellation. Please make sure your contact information is up to date when you register for classes. If the school cancels a class due to low enrollment, the student will receive a credit to their account. No refund will be given.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
