Just got a new camera? Have a camera and only know how to turn it on? Are you stuck in Auto-Mode? Not sure how to get the results you want? Then this is the class for you!
Learn how to get the most out of your camera. We will cover the basics of exposure (shutter speed, aperture, ISO), white balance settings, depth of field and a whole lot more in this 3-hour class.Materials you need to bring to class :
- Camera with Manual Mode required. Make sure you bring this to class as we will be practicing during the class.
- If you have a DSLR, bring the kit lens (the lens that came with it, i.e. 18-55mm) or something similar.
- Make sure you have a memory card and fully charged battery.
- No tripods or other lenses, etc. are needed.
Any DSLR camera or a camera with manual mode is okay. We believe in simplicity. We have a different approach to teaching - we keep it simple, make it easy and most importantly, we make it fun and empowering to learn.Note:
We rent cameras for $30 if you don't own one.
School Notes: Exact location and other information about the class will be emailed to the enrolled students 1 to 2 days before class.
