Treat yourself to a peaceful and relaxing hour of Reiki and Meditation and connect with like-minded, like-hearted people.
All are welcome, from newbies to Reiki Master Teachers. If you are a Reiki practitioner, come to reconnect and share your Reiki practice. If you are new, it's a perfect way to experience and be introduced to Reiki.

Reiki is a Japanese energy and mind-body healing meditative practice that promotes mindfulness, well-being, and resilience. It helps you connect to your true self and be centered and grounded.

The circle consists of a variety of alternating activities including: Meditation, Explanation of Reiki, Reiju (spiritual blessing), Chair session, etc.

Benefits of the Reiki may include stress reduction, boosting the immune system, easing pain and physical discomfort, balancing and harmonizing emotions, enhancing mental clarity and creativity, and facilitating personal and spiritual growth.
