What you'll learn in this acting technique class:
A 5-day program for self-discovery in the Alexander Technique!
Join us for a week-long intensive to deepen your understanding and embodiment of the Alexander Technique. The Balance Arts Center faculty will guide you to a new and more nuanced understanding of how the AT process as taught at the BAC can help you enhance every aspect of your life and art form.
In-Person Daily Schedule Includes:
- 10:00-11:30am EST Hybrid Alexander Technique Masterclass with Ann Rodiger
- 11:30am-1:00pm EST In Person Class with Ann Rodiger and teaching assistants. Includes personal attention and hands-on work
- 2:00-4:30pm EST In Person Class with Ann Rodiger and teaching assistants. Includes personal attention and hands-on work
Through this Intensive you will learn how to:
- Improve your posture, breathing, balance, and coordination
- Increase your focus and self-awareness
- Find relief from chronic pain, tension and strain

Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
- Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
