What you'll learn in this dance fitness class:
Moving to Music for Fitness and Fun is a fun, feel-good exercise class combining a mix of popular music styles with easy moves that will give you a cardio workout with muscle toning to improve your strength, agility, and balance. Immerse yourself in the power of music and lose yourself in catchy tunes that will make you forget any worries of the day. This class is appropriate for all levels of ability; you can work at your own pace. Keep moving, whether you follow along with the easier steps or you take it to the next level and intensify them. There’s no right or wrong. Either way, your heart will be pumping and you will be smiling and having fun.
Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
Optional: 2 light (2-3 lbs) weights (or bottles of water) recommended for more strength trainin
Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued if your course is cancelled by the Bronxville Adult School.
- If you need to cancel a registration, email the office at least 7 FULL BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) BEFORE the class start date to receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
- You will receive an email to confirm that your request was received. Please be sure to keep a record of it.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason at any other time, including due to Covid issues. Your registration guarantees you a space in the class regardless of your attendance.
- Students assume full responsibility for any changes to their business or personal affairs.
- No credit will be given for missed classes or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled make-up class.
- Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up and will not be refunded.
- Students assume full responsibility for choosing the appropriate course level. Please contact [email protected] if you have a question about the level or material.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Due to District safety rules, the Pondfield Rd. entrance is locked in the evenings. The ONLY open entrance in the evening is the Elementary School entrance on Midland Ave., next to the playground and parking lot. You may park in that lot even though the sign says Faculty and Staff Only. Staff will be available at the Elementary Entrance to direct you to your classroom. Our classrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities. Please advise us when you register if you have special needs.
