A tenacious worker and creative thinker, Ron Spurga was known as the "Turnaround Artist" in his prior career because of his ability to make things happen quickly and successfully. The former Manager of ABN AMRO Bank's Diamond and Jewelry Group in the U.S. for 24 years, he is expert at orchestrating deals, serving clients, and building relationships – all invaluable skills that flowed naturally into his real estate profession. 

Ron is also a seasoned co-op investor for over 25 years, and the past President of his co-op board on Sutton Place South where he lives. He has extensive knowledge of building specifics as well as the overall market, and can swiftly and accurately appraise a property's value. Holding his MBA in Finance from Rutger's University, Ron also has keen financial skills, with a strong command of structuring creative financial solutions for his clients. 

Born and raised in Manhattan, Ron specializes in sales in the Sutton and Beekman Place area where he has long resided. He is extremely sensitive to the cycles of the market, insight upon which he draws to help optimize his clients' timing and return. Ron shares his real estate expertise not only with his clients, but to the public as the author of two investment textbooks, Balance Sheet Basics and Commodity Fundamentals.
