Nica Rabinowitz

Nica Rabinowitz is the Founder and Creative Director of the Fiberhouse Collective. Her practice is rooted in the restorative properties of natural dyes and locally foraged, found, and farmed materials. Nica has taught workshops through Textile Arts Center, Parsons the New School for Design, New York University (NYU), Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Genspace, and the annual Maker Faire. She was a resident at Icelandic Textile Center and is an active Succurro fellow. Her work has been displayed at New York Fashion Week, the Museum at FIT, and Tenri Gallery. Nica can be found crafting in her Brooklyn based studio/the "fiberhouse", in the field, or in the lab at The Rockefeller University.

Rachel Sipser

Rachel Sipser is a studio and admin assistant at Bushwick Print Lab who enjoys finding ways to use silkscreen as an experimental medium and using it as a way to put art on T-shirts. You can find Rachel doodling, making odd collages for instagram or binge watching TV shows, probably all at the same time and probably also while eating Cheerios. Rachel finds traveling inspiring and gets lots of satisfaction from growing as a printmaker and team member at BPL. You can spot Rachel in one of her wearble creations on the street and in the lab.
