Jordana is 500 hour certified yoga instructor, Unnata aerial yoga teacher, Acroyoga teacher, Thai yoga massage therapists, and human rights advocate. Her classes & private offerings incorporate an energetic, playful, and eclectic mix of modalities that engage the entire self.

Jordana has always been captivated by the power of stories, imagination, & play. Through yoga, Jordana explores how the stories we tell ourselves affect our body and what our movements communicate to others. Through her practice, Jordana explores how incorporating passion & play can change these narratives. She is committed to continuously learning about the mind-body-spirit connection and her mission is to provide accessible, safe spaces of creativity and play for people of all walks of life.
