Jonas Westring, originally Swedish with decades in both USA and in Asia, began his yoga journey in 1981 at the Scandinavian Yoga School and hasn’t stopped since. He is a multi-certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist, certified Anusara yoga instructor, licensed physical therapist, E-RYT 500 and a master of therapeutic bodywork in the Thai healing tradition. Jonas brings well over three decades experience in a multitude of yoga styles, therapies and healing modalities as well as years of clinical experience as a physical therapist in Sweden and the USA. He created the Thai Yoga Certification program in 1998 and has taught and certified numerous practitioners in Thai Yoga over the past 17 years. With such an extensive background in traditions from both East and West, combined with a lifelong personal journey in the healing arts - Jonas joyfully transmits the essence of yoga and therapeutics with insight, clarity, and joy.
