After obtaining his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. Kern made it his mission to become a trainer and start changing people's lives by helping them obtain and even surpassing their fitness goals. Modeling for clients like Nike, Runners World, Titleist, Vitamin Shoppe and Abercrombie & Fitch also named one of Shape Magazine's 50 hottest trainers in America. Being fit and in shape is his livelihood so it goes without saying pratice what you preach is a creed kern lives by. Working out and eating right is not a means to an end for kern he strongly believes it needs to be a lifestyle. With his accumulated knowledge acquired over 5 years of training and 10 years of being an athlete Kern will make sure you get the most out of every workout.
