Lauren had a distinguished career in casting, working for over 10 years in the business, beginning with Juliet Taylor Casting, Woody Allen's Casting Director, then working as an Associate at Ellen Parks Casting, and later as an Associate at Brette Goldstein Casting. Following this, she opened her own Casting company, during which time she worked on projects with Disney, L'Oreal, NBC-TV, as well as numerous Independent Films, the Soap Opera Sunset Beach, and spent 2 years as Casting Director for Late Night with Conan O'Brien. She took a leave from work when she had her child, then launched her own Talent Management company. She focuses on a younger demographic for her clientele as she has a special affinity for, and understanding of, children.
