AcroBalance and Games (Open Level)

This was my second time takin this class. Yoni and Angela are grey instructors; very supportive, energetic, and involved. This week I was on time, so got the full warmup in and class. This week was more challenging than last week, but newcomers to the class were able to fully participate, so I would recommend it to people of any ability level.

This class was a lot of fun and exactly what I was hoping for. Partner and group acro moves were taught and practiced, the small group size was perfect. I had a lot of fun and am slightly sore now, so it was a good workout. The instructor was friendly, good at explaining and demonstrating, as well as having a good aura which made me feel like I wasn't going to fall on my face.
