Anna Almiroudis is a Karuna® and Usui Reiki Master as well as a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Response Testing® Practitioner and Nutrition Educator. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a Holistic Health Practitioner.

Her approach to health and wellness is integrative, emphasizing the interdependence between mind, body and spirit for optimal well-being and is the defining principle of her practice at Anthesis Holistic Wellness. She uses Reiki to help people release energetic blocks, restore inner balance and encourage the body’s innate ability to heal. Her goal of helping people achieve inner balance goes beyond the Reiki session and energetic healing. She strives to inspire and empower people to embody the holistic health approach in their everyday lives by taking conscious, self-motivated and sustainable actions towards their personal wellness, personal growth and spiritual development. She embodies these principles in her Reiki workshops. 

As a health coach her mission is to empower people to actively take charge of their health by educating them about the power of holistic wellness and nutrition while simultaneously demonstrating that a shift into a healthy lifestyle can be delicious, creative and fun. Her culinary skills go beyond cooking healthy recipes and also include creating original, from-scratch botanical skincare remedies using pure, simple and natural ingredients, which she demonstrates in her holistic wellness workshops.
