Can you screen print a photograph?

Question from Lily M.
How many items is there time to screen print? I don’t want to do the T-shirt but want to do my own items.
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Lily! It is specifically either a t-shirt or tote bag. They offer other classes that you can sign up for anything other than that because everything has a different setup. They will give the students 1 t-shirt or 1 tote bag to print on but the students can bring extra. Within the 3 hours class, they can print up to 20 t-shirts or 20 tote bags. They can bring the extra or they can buy it from the school. For the design, it's one design per student. Hope this helps!

The instructor must have been new or maybe filling in. Didn’t seem sure of questions asked. Was very sweet though

Fun class (I was the only one to attend) instructor was great. Only downside was I forgot to wear “non-work” clothes as it gets very messy.

I enjoyed this class. It was easy to learn, and the studio was well-equipped and very organized. The instructor was very knowledgeable about screen printing. I wish I had understood prior that I could have brought my own t-shirts or totes (or materials) to print on. It was not clear to me, but the staff was really helpful and I was able to purchase these additional items during the class. Thanks so much!
