Rossana Inés Rossi learned to prepare food as medicine from both parents as a young girl. She has studied with respected herbalists, including a three-year apprenticeship with Robin Rose Bennett—author and founder of the WiseWoman Healing tradition; Lewis Mehl-Madrona Ph.D.—healer/author; and Stephanie Alston-Nero—healer/author. She holds a degree from Oberlin College (Art) and a certificate from Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Rossana has taught widely in the fields of holistic nutrition and healthy cooking and has consulted privately in plant-based medicine and Cherokee bodywork. Rossana practices in the Wise Woman tradition, preparing plant-based products for optimal nutrition and healing.
