School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

Hi Kashmira! The biscuits & Scones class is a hands-on class with hands in the dough the entire time. The students make doughs for scones, biscuits and also dessert based biscuit for a fruit cobbler.

Chef Dawn was the best!! She made you feel okay asking questions and if you wasn't sure of yourself she would not move on until you understood. And she was very encouraging to try new things. I will be taking this class again & any other class if she's the teacher.
