School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

Hi, are we going to learn the Dough for the Biscuits also?

Hi Kashmira! The biscuits & Scones class is a hands-on class with hands in the dough the entire time. The students make doughs for scones, biscuits and also dessert based biscuit for a fruit cobbler.

Planned and executed very well! Explained techniques and answered questions with words that even a beginner could understand. Very warm and welcoming, and of course, delicious!

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and had a fantastic time! Dawn was a wonderful teacher and the class was informative and fun! No shortage of laughs and great memories were made. Had a blast learning about different doughs and techniques and everything turned out delicious in the end! Loved that we were able to take home treats we made - however it was more a free for all when we chose items to take home, rather than what you baked. We had to hunt for what we baked specifically. Would highly recommend!
